Prompt, thorough, professional, reasonable! This is the second time we have used Stump Doctors and it has confirmed we won't use anyone else. My lawn care guy wanted to wait a week just to come out and give an estimate. Mark came the same day we called. And was going to have it completed before my lawn care was even coming out to assess! Tom came a day early because it was going to rain on the scheduled day and destumped about 12 stumps from bushes in an hour. He then went back, walked through to pick up.any roots and took an ax to any stubborn roots. Cleaned up after himself. So appreciated the level of professionalism, the communication. Because they came a day early I hadn't finished cutting down an evergreen and Tom actually helped me! No need for multiple assessments...just call Stump Doctors and see for yourself!
10 out of 10!!!!! This job could not of gone better. Thomas did exactly what I asked for. After interview a few people and they all quoted more and where adding extra things that I specifically said I didn’t want… Stump Dr came in and listed and fulfilled. Just for reference all I wanted was for the up rooted roots to be taken care of and the dirt put back and asked for the tree to stay.
Mark was great to work with. He responded right away, and was able to grind my stumps immediately. He ground 2 stumps and cleaned up in less than an hour. I can’t recommend “The Stump Doctor” any higher.
