STS Arborists was great to work with from start to finish. Tim Shawley actually touched our trees as he assessed their health. I likened it to what I do as a medical provider. He explained some simple things we could take care of and what the plan would be to make the trees happy and healthy. Andrea, in the office, was very helpful and friendly. The tree crew was polite and efficient. They worked well together and had a quiet communication system. I was impressed with their safety awareness and thorough clean-up. We will definitely be using them again and have already recommended them to all our neighbors.

From start to finish the crew did an exceptional job! They were very respectful of our property and what we wanted to be done. The crew worked efficiently yet very safely and did an excellent job cleaning the yard of all leaves and branches. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

STS Arborists are well worth the cost. We had a huge oak cut down closely surrounded by hemlocks (some branches actually went around the oak). They didn't break one hemlock branch. They cut down another tree and did some very high trimming. They were professional, polite and had all the right equipment with them. Their training is evident. The cleanup afterwards was nothing I had ever experienced with other tree cutting services. It was almost as if they had never been there. Nevin and his crew are excellent! Thank you guys!

We recently had STS Arborists remove 4 huge pine trees, grind the stumps, and plant grass for us. The guys were all very professional and explained the process to me. I highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done 😊

STS Arborist crew arrived as expected on the scheduled work day. Completed the planned scope of work in one day. This included a detailed pruning of a large oak tree that required climbing and working within the tree canopy. Nathan worked diligently to complete the pruning safely. Scope also included removal of two other large oak trees. The crew was well equipped and trained to do the work safely. They worked well together and were supportive of the overall effort. They were also responsive to our questions about the process. They neatly cut and stacked the firewood we requested and cleaned up the work area at the end of the job. We were very satisfied with the work that was performed.
