A neighbor recommended them and so I called, the person who answered was respectful with exceptional customer service skills, and very prompt in getting us in the books and scheduled. Compared to other companies they're pricing was fair for the level of service that they provided. I feel like I got a Deal completely. The guys that came were very professional and were able to get everything done inside of a full day's work. One day I got four trees removed and one tree trimmed. They cleaned up the area beautifully. They were extremely efficient and didn't seem to waste any time. And they still had time to answer questions that I had while they were working as well. Springfield Tree Service is great! They removed 2 huge old trees. The team is efficient and professional, and the price is very reasonable. They followed my requests to cut down the root until it was above the ground. I did not choose to haul away the fallen trees, so they split the fallen trunks into smaller segments for the fireplace and easier carrying. They also cleared the bushes and cleaned up after finishing the jobs. I'd highly recommend them!
