Mike and the crew removed about 20 large trees around my house and workshop. Most of the trees directly threatened the structures, but they dropped every tree safely. They were fast, professional and worked together like a well oiled machine. It's nice to see such great teamwork. They stacked the wood in piles at my request and they even cleaned up all the litter when they were done. I will definitely be calling these guys the next time I need a job done right. The way they left the logs stacked, the grapple on my tractor will make quick work of them. They even put me in touch with a lumber broker for the larger logs, so I can recoup some of my cost. UPDATE: They did such a great job that we brought them to my place of work to trim a large elm tree full of dead wood. They left the place so clean we started parking under the tree immediately. There were no limbs or piles of chips, so the lawn care guys could mow under it without any cleanup. Definitely will continue using Mike, Will and the crew.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Excellent service! We had part of a tree top come down and was still hanging in a recent storm. The other part of the tree that was still up had a crack and we were concerned for our safety and the safety of our neighbors so we were trying to find someone asap. SOS owner Mike was very responsive and came over as soon as he could and his team immediately began working on the tree. Unfortunately, due to more storms the team couldn’t continue to work that day but they made sure to place rope around the part that was hanging so that it would not fall and damage our fence. They returned quickly and was able to finish the job. Price was very reasonable. We will definitely be calling SOS again with any of our tree problems! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We hired SOS Tree Service to remove a large poplar tree that towered over our house. Every wind storm had us nervous that another branch would fall and go through the roof (happened twice). The SOS owner and team gave us a quote that was very affordable, they gave us an estimated time frame of when the work would be done (and stuck to that time frame), they had the equipment to do the job right, and the team was nice to my family and professional as they worked. I highly appreciated the job they did, and would hire them again in an instant. Easily five stars!

I’m not sure where to start. What an absolutely great group of hard working men. Mike, the owner, was quick to respond and make accommodations with my wants and needs. The crew showed up on time and worked their tails off! This tree that they were removing was a very very large silver maple tree. If there was a difficulty rating, I would put it at 8/10. Not only was is extremely large, but there was a chain link fence to protect and only 10 ft away from the tree was the power lines. I have no idea how they were able to accomplish the task without any permanent damage, but they did! I could go on and on bragging about all of the obstacles that should have resulted in catastrophe, but each and every challenge that was presented with determination and knowledge to deal with each one that resulted in a job well done! Each and every one of the guys on the crew took their job very seriously and stayed focused but were also very friendly and made an effort to speak with me when they had a moment of down time to spare. To sum it up, all that I have to say is if you are looking for any kind of service that they offer, just stop looking anywhere else. You are not going to find anyone who will beat their value, price or professionalism. I was not paid or bribed to leave this feedback. I just think they deserve to be recognized for being an amazing company. In today’s society, this kind of work ethic speaks volumes. Thanks again to all of you that took care of me! Mike and his crew are the best of the best! They removed a couple huge trees in the back yard( including stumps) They are highly skilled and definitely take pride in their work. They are very detailed on the yard cleanup after all was completed as well. Mike is a very honest upfront person. I highly recommend Mike (Specialty Outdoor Service) for all your needs.
