Southern Roots Tree Service Is EXCELLENT!! Southern Roots is the Company we all hope to find when we need work done on our homes and property! I was able to make an appointment with Seth (Project Manager) the first day I called. Seth shared his expertise and took as much time as I needed to decide which trees and shrubs needed to be removed. We promptly received a very fair estimate and the work began within days! Seth stayed in touch throughout the week and we were told all we needed to know. Alex (Owner of Southern Roots) and the workers came over within days. Alex was present throughout the process. He explained how the expert workers would take down the trees, and answered any questions we had with knowledge and patience. He was also active in the work himself. When the job was completed, we could not have been more pleased! There were no surprises or added costs. Our tree stumps were ground up, leaving our property looking great!! September 27, 2024 was an unbelievable day for me. My 3 acres were destroyed. Alex and his crew worked everyday in my neighborhood to move trees and debris from our yards. Our neighborhood had so much damage. We were very happy with all the work Southern Roots did during the few months after this disaster.
