They addresses three huge trees on our lot. The crew was knowledgeable and cared about keeping our property protected but also ensured we’d have no issues for our neighbors. They performed safely and accurately throughout the cold long workday. They were as speedy as they could be while enduring freezing temperatures. Our lot was left cleaner than it had been in 30 years. Everyone loves that the dangerous trees are gone- especially the neighbors! #1 all around - when other companies scheduled estimates 3-4 weeks out- Solid Oak came within two days of my call with a professional quote. They are the best of the best around Pittsburgh area! I obtained three quotes. While one was terribly high (2X higher), Solid Oak Tree Service’s quote was reasonable and affordable. David Jr. provided the cost estimate and led a highly skilled team to do a fantastic job. They removed all tall and gigantic trees within a few hours. The whole process was uneventful. We had a great experience with Solid Oak from start to finish. Originally, we got three quotes, and they not only gave us the best price but were also the most professional. David was super communicative and friendly every time we spoke. Even amidst emergency calls from others after multiple bad storms, the crew was able to remove our two large invasive ailanthus trees before the lanternflies started getting sap all over our yard as in previous years. On the day of service, they were punctual, efficient, and completed the work as agreed, in spite of pouring rain. Thanks to David and the others on the team, we can actually enjoy our backyard this summer! Would 100% recommend.
