SkyFrog spent days trimming the trees at Cedar Creek & did a fantastic job! We are so glad that we chose them over 2 other companies.Their employees were amazing & went above & beyond doing a good job. They did an EXCELLENT JOB! They also did a super job cleaning the grounds after their work. They’re a highly professional crew and definitely the best tree service in Gainesville. We will never use another company to trim our grounds which consist of 74 units. Thank you again SkyFrog for taking such great care of our property!

Color me impressed: this guy knows what he’s talking about when it comes to the right way to maintain your trees. They may be somewhat more expensive, but you get what you pay for, right? For example, we have a huge Live Oak limb hanging over our home. It’s a beautiful old tree and we didn’t want to remove the limb, but, if it were to fall (like during Hurricanes Helene and Milton!), it would crush that corner of the roof. Enter John Burns, Skyfrog Master Arborist. He brought a team of 4 or 5 men and a lifter to work on the tree, and they spent quite a while making sure it was done well. Now we need more trees trimmed. He made excellent suggestions when he came, ones that I knew to be common sense and correct. Bottom line? If you need tree service in Gainesville and surrounding, look no further.

SkyFrog is a great company to work with. Through working with them, I learned they care about and are very knowledgeable about trees as certified arborists. The SkyFrog Team took down a towering Water Oak Tree in our backyard located close to our house flawlessly and efficiently in a matter of hours using careful teamwork and clever purpose-built equipment. In addition, they pruned our other large oaks at the same time. Outside of superficial abrasions in the grass where the debris was carted, no damage to our sprinklers, driveway/sidewalks, fencing or house. They took great care of us and cleaned up very nicely. The vast tree debris was neatly stacked by the curb and had it hauled away within 24 hours. Melissa in the front office is also a pleasure to work with. Their pricing is very reasonable and thousands less than other competitors - most likely reflecting their efficiency and local roots. Highly recommend for tree care.

I called the first week of April, had to call to remind them to send the estimate, had to call several times to get the service scheduled, they didn't show on the date, I had to call several more times and then listen to Melissa excuse her poor customer service and omission. She talked over me and acted like they were too busy to return phone calls. I got an invoice very quickly though, with no communication to me about the damage they did to my gutters and landscaping, and no offer to repair. So I had to call two more times before getting Melissa on the phone (no return call again), with more rude interruptions and lack of listening. It's now July 10th. Save yourself time, trouble, and frustration and call somewhere else.

We received several quotes for a 3 story oak. Skyfrog was very reasonable. The service professional and friendly. They showed up on time and went right to work. Also answered all my worrisome questions. I will definitely recommend Skyfrog Tree Service. 👍👍
