We had Mack out to see the issue. Mack quoted me a price, I agreed and he was out here within two days to get the job done. It rained and we had a sloppy mess, but Mack took time to hose everything down and clean up to the best of his abilities. I’m very happy with the job that they did. Well done guys.

I was extremely pleased with Mack and his team at Sinnott Tree Service. He came highly recommended by my local moms’ Facebook group and was also on the Morton Arboretum’s list of certified arborists. What stood out immediately was his honest, expert approach. Instead of pushing unnecessary tree removal, Mack evaluated my large shade tree and recommended thoughtful trimming to thin it out and reduce weight on a wind-damaged branch. He also shaped several other trees, and the results were beautifully done—clean, artistic, and highly professional. My yard looked fantastic when the crew finished. His pricing was fair, and I appreciated that he works with a small, experienced crew rather than subcontracting like many larger tree companies. It’s also impressive that Sinnott Tree Service handles tree trimming for Brookfield Zoo. I highly recommend Mack for tree trimming, pruning, and certified arborist services and will definitely use him again.

Mack was incredibly professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about trees and understood that I appreciate the nature surrounding my house and recommended services based on the appreciation I have for my home and surrounding trees. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. His crew were kind and respectful of my little children who were so curious about the work scope. I will be a long-term customer for sure.

Sinnott tree services donated a tree to our local school for a silent auction (we won) and they planted our tree this week at our home. They came out the same day we spoke on the phone to assess the area and brought the tree to plant later that day. Communication was fantastic, team was efficient and very knowledgeable. It's clear they have a strong team and value their customers. I will absolutely be using them in the near future for another tree we want and no doubt a great company donating trees and services to local causes! (And thank you for supporting divine providence school in westchester)

Mack and his team were great! They responded to my inquiry right away and Mack was out to look at our tree/s within a couple of days. We walked the property and he, provided a review of each tree and what we could do/look out for to be sure they remained healthy. The main reason for the call was to discuss our very large maple in the backyard, that had lost a major limb. I wanted to be sure I discussed options with a certified arborist. It was apparent that based on the tree's condition and placement on the property near the house it would need to come down right away. We discussed an estimate (which was the same price another company had also quoted) as well as details on what would be needed, how long it would take, what could be done with the trunk, and planting a new tree. They came out with all of the necessary equipment to safely and efficiently remove our poor tree and plant the new one the same day. We were very sad to lose our big old maple but talking through how we could reuse the trunk and planting a new tree made the process a little less difficult. He even helped me locate a small sapling from the maple that we could replant. Mack was very personable and patient. We will definitely use them again to help us care for our trees.
