THIS TREE SERVICE IS A SCAMMER ! No . This isn’t a 4-5 ⭐️ business. Something is truly wrong with these reviews that describe otherwise. August 16, 2025 Brandon: Came out to give the quote for: Backyard (6) Crepe Myrtle Tree’s (3) Bald Cypress Trees (8) Elephant Ears. We asked if his company can please.. Trim - Clean Up - Prune / Thin Out Front yard 2) Oak Tree’s (1) oak tree (1) Bald Cypress . The Crepe Myrtle Trees all (6) they Half serviced completely didn’t Prune/nor Thin out at All. Not One Tree Elephant Ears - Yes.all of them they cut and pruned. The Bald Cypress Trees the (3) in the backyard The 1st Bald Cypress Tree they cut partially No Prune/ No Thin Out what so ever. And for some reason they only cut one side of this Tree. Look at the picture / one side. The 2nd Bald Cypress Tree they left the dead in it and cut perhaps 3-4 branches off maybe and again only on one side of the tree. The 3rd Bald Cypress they didn’t even Bother to touch it. I expressed to Brandon, when he came back to see for himself. Can your crew come back and finish because as you see they didn’t Prune nor Thin Out - ANYTHING! Brandon, left me with a New Quote - 495.00 more to come back and complete there incomplete work. I hade to process what was happening. I called 2 days later or so to discuss why 495.00 was needed to correct your crews work when I already paid you 1,660.00 for this service. OMG ..MRS SIMPSON, Picked up the phone ..Words cannot describe her attitude. Mrs Simpson , is unbelievably nasty, and rude to the core. I mean wow I was so shocked and disturbed. This women was sharper than knives with here attitude. She spoke to me so bitter . I actually felt sorry for her and yet disturbed at the same time. I still can’t believe it. The Website/ Google Reviews show this business as Professional Company - Professional Arborists 20 years in The Business . Didn’t expect the service I received considering I thoroughly looked over your reviews. And the reply from Mrs Simpson from beginning to end was ruthless. Lastly- after expressing I didn’t agree to the quote to complete service already payed for. And no I wasn’t going to wait 2 weeks or more for you to come back out. Mrs Simpson texted me ( sometime later) said she was able to make some arrangements and come out one day next week. She made me so uncomfortable by the way she spoke to me . It probably would only get worse if you showed up . So I decided to cancel . Not to mention the original quote was for 1,525.00 for complete service cash or check. Add a 4% fee if you used credit card. Yes , okay that makes sense. This Business charges taxes to the customer. She said and I quote if my business makes more than 5,000 a year we can charge the customer our taxes 😏 . So I let it go and actually paid for the job 1,660 1,525.00 job quoted for 60.00 4% tax ———————————- 1,585.00 + 75.00 ( tax)= 1,660.00 So my experience with this company no exaggeration just what I experienced personally recently Fake Reviews none professional Arborists Dishonest Quotes This Business is misleading !

Wonderful service, excellent communication. They were prompt, efficient, professional, proud of their work and left everything totally cleaned up. They came highly recommended and now I know why!

They did a great job! The trees look good and I’ve got more sunlight on the ground so my grass can grow. They kept the shade on my house but lightened up the trees.

Their team arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. They had to remove 2 River Cypress trees (one was dangling over my neighbors garage) and trim 3 others. They cleaned up all the limbs and shavings and were very professional! August 2025: I had them come out again to take care of a tree that had a large limb that broke and was dangling over the house from a recent storm. They arrived early and were able to take care of the Limb and prune the tree to better withstand any of our Texas storms. They did a great job again and cleaned up everything. They are on my “speed dial” for sure…

Simpsons Tree Service had helped me cut down a backyard tree a few years ago with very professional work. So I contacted them this time to trim the front tree. After checking the tree status, they gave a reasonable quote and schedule the time. Without me being at home, they came and finished the job less than half a day, cleaned up the debris and left a nice view of the tree. Strongly recommended! (Pictures before and after.)
