What a great experience dealing with Brian at Shute's Tree Services. I was trying to get someone to come out for several weeks for an estimate And no one would return my call. I called Brian and he was out the next day. He showed up as planned for the estimate which was quite reasonable. He called me the night before to confirm he would arrive at 7 AM the next morning. The guys did a great job and left my yard and my neighbor's yard in perfect condition. He even came back a week later to cut up a branch that had fallen from a different tree in a storm. Great Customer service! I would highly recommend their services

Very thorough and honest. Brian is very down to earth and cares about his customers - a rare trait nowadays. He has a great team of employees. His wife, the office manager, is very organized and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Stop searching and just call. I had one tree removed, two large trees trimmed, and several over-grown bushes removed. I am extremely happy with how the work was performed and all the proactive communication before we got started. Brian and his team are going to do the work in a way that combines the right visual aesthetic and the long term health of your trees. They will tie off branches to avoid damage to your property—other companies just let branches and logs crash to the ground. When removing an entire tree, Brian will grind remaining stumps AND the roots—some companies will charge extra and not tell you in advance. Finally, the run a safe and clean job site. My yard was left in better condition than when they arrived. Don’t leave this job up to anyone with a truck and a saw, you really want a professional and Brian is your guy.
