Shannon and his team are great! The most recent service completed included removing infected trees and pruning mature trees to maintain optimal health or prevent damage by growing too close to fencing and the house. They also installed a deep heavy-duty barrier which has been extremely helpful in controlling bamboo to enter a fairly large unwanted area. I admire that his team arrives on time and that Shannon is responsive and easily reachable by phone/text. I respect Shannon's knowledge, estimates/pricing, and professionalism.

This company is extremely unprofessional and unsafe. They began work in my neighborhood operating power equipment and a chipper within ten feet of our local school bus stop, where about 15 elementary-aged children were standing inside the work zone. They had no safety cones, minimal personal protective equipment, and appeared to be in violation of several OSHA standards. They showed no regard for the safety of the children in our neighborhood. I would avoid this company at all costs. As a response to the owners response. the fact that this occured at all is a glaring example of a poor safety culture and complete ignorance of the modern OSHA ISA and ASNSI Standards. this company needs a complete overall of their entire safety culture. One safety meeting to address this is a joke.

I've used a couple tree services over the years and Shannon Hand (and crew) are hands down the BEST I've ever used, or seen. Got to us quickly gave us a very reasonable price, and took care of incidentals with minimal additional cost. In addition, his team works with great precision, safely lowering limb's from a tree overhanging my fence and garage, and dropping trees in other tight places. Absolute 100% satisfaction with a job well done.

I called Shannon Hand Tree Service this morning to get a quote for the removal of a tree including stump removal. I spoke with Shannon who offered me to come by right away. He arrived less than 10 minutes later to provide a VERY competitive quote and I made the decision to get the removal scheduled. Shannon offered to take care of it right away - and 20 minutes later he and his team showed up! They did an amazing job! In under an hour they took the tree down, got rid of the stump, and cleaned everything up to the point where nobody would ever be able to tell that a tree was just laying across the driveway and in the yard! We highly recommend Shannon Hand Tree Service!

Shannon did a fantastic job removing 12 large hemlocks on our property line. He and his team showed up exactly when they said they would, removed all of the trees in 2 days, and cleaned up the area flawlessly. Additionally, Shannon dealt with an unprofessional vegetation contractor from the power company who was doing work in an adjacent area that interfered with his work WITHOUT allowing any slip or issues with his efforts. He did a great job removing our trees, grinding the stumps, and furnishing mulch to us and our neighbors for garden use. 10/10 recommend.
