I’m very pleased with the work of Dustin and his crew. In sizing up the job ahead of time (tree branches overhanging house and garage and a large Chinese elm that grew like a weed), he offered good advice and a reasonable price. Using great equipment, his crew worked together well, with good attention to safety. They actually improved the appearance of the large oak that extended over the house. They separated and conveniently piled pieces I plan to cut up for firewood. And they did the job without the damage to the lawn that I expected from past experience with other tree services. Communication stood out too: when you call, a human (Erin) answers the phone and lets you know what to expect. Much better than having to leave a message and wonder whether you'll get the promised callback.

Excellent. Your crew was very polite and courteous. I listened to them how they were going to approach the take and removal. As a production strategist my whole life, I could tell they were excellent at what they do. Price, reasonable, however a tad high for just 2 hours. But I understand the equipment cost; (the spider lift) and risk factor. Job well done.

Dustin and his team have been taking care of my large lot with numerous big trees for 30 years. They work so hard in the clean up after they take 1-2 big white pine trees down every year which are ancient. They also does any needed trimming of the oaks and maples. He has cabled and shaped our favorite large oak tree that has not come down through so many big storms over the years, we are amazed! My trust and loyalty to this company increases every year. This year significant stump grinding and fill were hauled in and raked out. You would never know monster trees were there in the am!! This is a company my friends also do business with. Another tree service may offer cheaper rates but can you count on them to be responsive when the next bad storm hits and your yard is a big mess or a tree falls on your garage or house? This business offers a trusted homeowner relationship.

FAST and excellent! We had one tree with storm damage fall and cause another to lean quite significantly toward our neighbors septic mound and shed. The crew from Shackleton was just down the street and came unscheduled for us to remove the two large Maple trees. They were down and cleaned up in about an hour with excellent precision!! Very pleased with Dustin and his crew!!

My neighbor has a tree that has split twice due to high winds and landed across my driveway. Each time this company has had an impeccable response time and incredible service! It's like they we're never here! The professionalism of the crew that arrived and this company is unmatched. Should I ever need tree service I'll be sure to call!
