Amazing customer service! I needed woodchips and Scott brought us exactly what we needed. Will be calling him again in the future for more composting material.

I wanted to get a quote on removing a tree. Called their phone number, they say leave a message ,name and number, but their mail box was full and I couldn't do anything .

Came out today to give me a quote and began the job on the same day. Quote was fair three guys came out worked half a day to clear a large oak tree that was close to a fence and my home. They did a fantastic job and I was amazed how good they are at their craft. Just want to say thank you for the prompt and courteous fast service! If you are in the local Conneaut / Ashtabula County area I would go here first. I did call other places in the Conneaut Area and was told that they would come out and give me a quote that week but never showed up. So if you're looking for guys who know what they're doing give these guys a call.

I met Scott through a mutual friend, not knowing of his "Scott Randolph`s Tree Service" at the time. Scott was inquiring about some parts for a power-washer he had and, had mentioned his business. Ya know, you just get a feeling about someone through talk and I liked Scott's business ethics. He seemed down to earth sincere, honest, and someone I could trust. I gave him my address and phone number in hopes he'd stop and quote my concerns. He was the third "tree guy" I had asked for a quote from in the past couple months, and really the only one that followed through. Two days later my dead oak is down, and all is well. Scott Randolph`s Tree Service went above ANY expectations I had and did a great job. Totally recommend !!

We had 20+ pine trees cut down in less then 2 1/2 hours .was going to remove them myself but after three hours and maybe 2 trees removed I head them come back out and chip up all the branches. Took them a little over an hour in the 90 degree day and saved me a weeks worth of work. Thanks guys well the money!!
