Schra Tree Care

As irritated as I am because of the credit card fee, not to mention the lack of communication. I still have to give it to the two guys who came out and did a job well done! We were promised they would be out in 5 weeks. After reaching out, they finally made it out 7 weeks later. The clean-up was fast and efficient… I’m pretty sure they left it cleaner than it was before. Again, I was pretty irritated they did not communicate on any prep-work for our side. I could have (and should have) had the camper moved so they didn’t have to do it by hand. Had to change this to a 3 due to their lack of communication. After they came back for tree injection, I wasn’t able to pay the invoice they provided. After calling three times, we finally got it paid,… three weeks later.

These guys are wonderful. I added an extra tree to be taken down after they arrived and it was done promptly. After all the cutting and trimming, they did a great job of cleaning up and I didn’t have to do anything. Nate & Jeremy super guys and I would recommend Schra to anyone needing tree trimming.

Had a 60' poplar removed from our backyard for a reasonable price. Team of 4 came out, one climbed the tree the others cleaned up. They threw mats down to protect the grass and cleaned up after themselves and were done within a couple hours.

Absolutely 100% recommend! We had a large cottonwood break at the base and was luckily resting against another tree. Only way it could have fallen without damaging something. Schra sent someone out within an hour and had a crew here in less than 2 to get it down safely! Was not an easy job because of the location. They did an incredible job!

It was a good crew who worked efficiently and with care. I have worked with this company in the past and knew I could trust them. We could not be happier with the end result. This pruning will give our tree many more years of good health.
