SavATree - Tree Service & Lawn Care

I am so happy with Savatree. I did not get referred, i was looking for an Arborist as my large tree appeared to be dying. Jason Lorenz came out and did an extensive review of what was happening with the tree and unfortunately it couldn't be saved. This week, two lovely staff from Savatree arrived at my house, Jenna and Chad. The tree removal was quick and error free! It was the hottest October day! Great experience with SavATree. Had one large maple removed this week and one trimmed. Worked with Jason L on the sales end and Andrew S cutting. Jason was very quick to respond to my calls/emails with any questions I had. Andrew and his crew were very professional and worked efficiently. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. My yard and driveway were spotless when they left. Would recommend them to anyone in need of removal/ trimming.

Outstanding customer service and amazing arborists. They do a thorough job with our trees and great clean up as well. Communication is well done too.Very pleased with their company and reasonable pricing.

The crew that was sent by Tim to prune/ trim trees on my property outstanding. They were professional and cleaned everything before they left. I don't recall the names of the three person crew but if they worked at my company they would be highly valued. I would definitely recommend SavATree

The billing is a nightmare because you have to work through the portal. I accidently hit a pre pay button for my tree trimming and ended with having a prepaid service for next year end up coming out of my savings account. It may have been my mistake but solving it was not easy. I now am waiting for a refund with no expectation that it will happen soon. It's confusing. Will get back to review the tree trimming. Customer service was nice but did not seem like she had much knowledge of the system.
