The SaveAtree team was amazing from the beginning to end. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional when coming out for the estimate. Her clearly has a compassion in being an arborist. The crew that came out for the job was just as amazing. They too were very professional and friendly. The clean up was impeccable. I would highly recommend this team for any tree trimming job anyone would have. Thanks SaveAtree!!

We use SavATree for many services throughout the year. We have always experienced great service - from lawn treatment to tree treatment and pruning, and Edgar's unlimited experience! Special shout out to Jon A and Taylor Z for braving the elements and trimming our trees today in the cold!

The crew arrived on time and handled a large challenging tree safely and quickly. I was glad to see they brought all the right equipment and had no issues. They also took care to make sure the area was cleaned up well before leaving. I will definitely contact Edgar at Save-A-Tree again for future tree issues.

We hired SavATree for their lawn services for weed control, fertilization, and core aeration. On two occasions our fenced in back yard was not serviced and our security cameras proved this as did my wife who works from home. When we inquired about this, I was told the tech said he did it and I could call him if I wanted. I spoke with him and was told he did it so he didn’t know why my cameras didn’t pick it up and my wife didn’t see him. But the last straw was when I asked a tech if he could treat a particularly weedy area in our boulevard. He did. Unfortunately he killed everything along with 10 feet of my neighbor’s boulevard area as well. I emailed when I first noticed everything dying to ask what chemical he sprayed. I was told that I asked him to do it and he did it as an extra service for no charge. When I explained that I had only asked him to spray for weeds not to kill it all, I was told it was a “mix up in communication”. They did not offer to replant the grass, a discount on service, or any service recovery at all. I was very disappointed that there was no apparent accountability the techs to do a good job and no effort to keep me as a customer. This was my first lawn service, probably my last, and I would never trust SavATree again.

I have used Bob Gansemer from SavATree for about 28 years and found them to be The Best! Bob is super responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to share his knowledge, with me, the homeowner! They have successfully treated my property full of trees and bushes and keep everything disease free and even comes back frequently as questions arise! I highly recommend this company!!
