I hired Sandweiss for a handful of tree services after getting multiple quotes from other companies. Sandweiss is consistently less expensive than their competitors, and you get what you pay for. Based on about a year and a half of trying to work with them, communicating with them is extremely slow and frustrating. They are very bad at managing and communicating schedules. Last January they took down a very large tree in a very visible location in our yard. They had to take down part of an adjacent hedge to access the tree, which I understand, but they did discuss it with us ahead of time. After the fact, they told us verbally that they would replace the shrub. After 9 months and many, many attempts to follow up with them, they have not replaced the shrub.

We had a river birch trimmed by Sandweiss and everything about the experience was fabulous! The arborist was funny, helpful and knowledgeable. The crew was one of the most efficient crews I have ever worked with. They left the area spotless! They used an "Easy Lift" to get to the taller parts of the tree and that machine is amazing. It has tank track wheels and can fit through a 30 inch opening! It can rise to 90 feet! The tree looks great, the price was good and I had a very good time watching the work.

Very happy with the service provided by Sandweiss Tree Service. Very professional at every level. My job had difficult accessibility and valued plantings under the large trees to be removed. The crew chief Ozzie listened respectfully and did a careful & skillful job. Overall I am impressed by the good ethics of this company. Highly recommend.

Sandweiss removed a 150ft+ maple tree for me in April. They were fabulous from start to finish. Their arborist, Al, was very knowledgeable and the women in the office were very helpful. The crew lead by Ossy was amazing and Ossy was top notch, so skilled, personable, and great at what he does!! The crew had great attention to detail, were highly skilled, and produced very high quality work. They were efficient, safe, and left the site with no damage. They have they right equipment for the job with machines that do not cause damage to the lawn/special plastic panels that protect the lawn and they care about the quality of their work. Very professional and skilled company with high tech equipment. I highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done!

I have used Sandweiss Tree Service for almost 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied and happy with their services. The staff in the office are helpful, responsive and polite. Their arborist, Al, is extreme knowledgeable about the outdoors. He has never tried to persuade me to have work done that would not benefit the trees and shrubs in my yard. I rely on his expertise. He provides the facts and lets me make the decisions. The staff who work on the trees and shrubs are extremely professional, thorough, experienced and polite. Appointments are confirmed and they always arrive on time. I’ve had no regrets with their services. I will continue to use Sandweiss for all my tree services and I highly recommend them!
