We have had Jamie and his crew do tree trimming several times on our property. Excellent service! Jamie and his crew are professionals at what they do. Highly recommend this company!

They removed a dead tree and replaced it with a new one. The team did swift work and were clearly highly skilled. The workers were courteous and cleaned up the whole area afterwards. Robert, the arborist, who prepared the initial quote is very knowledgeable. He was helpful in training us how to care for all of the trees on our property and also with suggesting which type of tree we could replant in this location. I did get two competitive quotes. This company was a little below the midpoint and I'm nearly certain they provide the best service.

San Jose Tree Service Inc - This service is amazing from start to finish. Talking with Karen for appointment and billing to have the professional tree personnel coming on site to give this property a safe and healthy trim on all company trees . An arborist Robert , will come out before to assess all your trees. And then the professional tree personnel will come out and take one tree at a time. And clean behind them. Can’t say enough about how happy we were with Robert and the team at SJ Tree Service. We needed to landscape our tiers in the backyard and couldn’t be more impressed with the results. They installed >20 trees and plants, all personally picked by Robert and then delivered to our house. They also connected all the irrigation for the new plants to our existing system and put down 10 cubic yards of Gorilla mulch. Team was very professional, friendly and completed the job on time and Robert came by when it was done to make sure we were happy with the results. Rare to find a company that really cares about their work and their customers. Highly recommend them for all your landscaping needs.

As a result of the major mid-March 2023 storms, my large Redwood lost a number of limbs, some of them still hanging several months later. I contacted 4 Arborists to gather their opinions, and obviously get a quote from them. Robert Apolinar came to see my tree within 2 days of calling him. Of all the 4 arborists I consulted, he was the most knowledgeable about what the Redwood needed. His quote was almost identical to the other 3. To be totally transparent, one large local tree company was slightly cheaper than all of them, but by only 10% of the total cost. The team at San Jose Tree Service was phenomenal: friendly, very professional, and very efficient. Most importantly they did a fabulous work at properly trimming my giant (90 feet tall) Redwood which is now extremely well balanced. Previous arborists, trimmed the inside of the Redwood leaving the edges bushy and full hence creating tremendous amount of weight on the branches which eventually lead them to break in heavy winds. San Jose Tree Service is an arborist that I highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
