Edit: 6/20/24 - Repeat business review We called on Sam's Tree service this summer to take down a very large pine tree that had not survived the winter. As expected, Sam and his crew provided first class service and professionalism. We hired Sam's Tree Service to remove a couple of trees on the fence line that were overgrown, as well as top our overgrown bushes that were growing into the power/cable lines along our fence. On the day Sam visited us to quote the job, he provided us a written estimate along with confirmation of insurance. He was both professional and knowledgeable and provided good information as to safety precautions the crew would take when working along the power line. On the scheduled day of the job, the crew arrived (early) several minutes prior the arranged time. They were all courteous and efficient in tackling the job. They also did an outstanding job on the cleanup afterward and everything was cleanly stacked curbside to be hauled away. Sam's Tree Service provided both peace of mind and confidence in having the job done well and safely. We highly recommend them and will look forward to hiring them in the future for other tree jobs.

Our southern oaks were in bad need of pruning. Sam was very helpful answering all questions with explanations. At the end of the job, he came to inspect the work and again answered more questions that I had about the trees. He also told me that if I wanted a particular branch removed after giving it the time frame he suggested ( he wasn’t recommending it), he stated they would come back at a later time to remove it at no cost to me. The men who completed the work did a great job with the cleanup and I was also offered wood chip mulch material from my trees if I wanted it. It was a very positive experience. I did not take before and after pictures, but I wish I had.

Sam is a great guy and very polite. He quoted a great price for the job. I had a challenge for him and his guys. I had a large tree partially uprooted and hanging over my neighbor's house. The job was completed quite quickly and with no issues. He also trimmed (raised) a tree to get it off the house and did extra to ensure the health of the tree. I will recommend Sam's Tree Service to anyone I can!

Sam’s Tree Service was great! We have a large oak tree in our front pasture that was damaged by a spring storm. My goal was to really only salvage it & make sure it was healthy, but Sam’s Tree Service made it pretty too, even after a large branch fell during the storm. On top of the quality care they provided to the tree, Sam’s crew worked surprisingly fast and was nice enough to stack the felled branches in a area where we could use it for firewood. We don’t have a ton of trees but we’ll be using Sam’s Tree Service for all our tree needs!

We have used Sam's Tree Service on three different occasions and been extremely pleased with their work. They took down some massive trees in a professional and safe manner. They were efficient, timely, courteous, and safe. They have removed both living and dead trees for us on our property. On one occasion, they took down a huge hackberry, chopped it into sections, shredded it, hauled off the debris, and left our yard spotless. They have also removed some dangerously-leaning dead bois d'arc trees for us, as well as a huge ash. They even stacked the wood for us to split later. We would recommend them to others, and will call them again when we need more tree removal work done.
