Sage Tree did an excellent job for us. For starters, Justin actually answered the phone when I called and we were able set a site visit for the very next day. We have a majestic American Elm, and Justin readily appreciated the significance of that tree to us and the neighborhood. He offers his professional opinion, but readily accepts your input and answers your questions. When we agreed to the proposal, we knew we were in good hands. We were able to set a date that worked for our schedule. The actual work went very well. Justin is very meticulous, never seems rushed and more than happy to interact with you as he works. Justin and crew are very respectful of your landscaping. Site clean-up was immaculate. (Our lawn guy was impressed.) All of our trees look great. The American Elm and our other trees never looked better. Justin focuses on tree health and aethetics and the results clearly show. We highly recommend Sage Tree Care. Justin runs a very professional operation. With the help of Campbell and Lucas they did an amazing job. We had many tall cottonwood trees that needs to be cut down or cleaned up. It looks amazing. They spent five days here and worked their tail off every single day. They hauled off large sections and chipped the smaller sections. And each evening they cleaned up the yard, swept the drive and left our place looking nice. They set a date and showed up. The price was more than fair for the hard work that they did. Thank you!

Recently Justin Day of Sage Tree Care in Buena Vista Colorado assisted our volunteer Friends group in a pruning project. It's on the grounds of an historic old homestead site we are helping to manage on public lands. Several 50-75 year old apple trees were desperately in need of rejuvenation as part of our plan to care for and interpret an important historic resource. We were tremendously impressed with Justin's technical skills, his attention to detail, his work ethic, and his willingness to share his techniques so that we can continue to do similar work on our own. We know he does great work on other tasks like removal of dead or downed trees but he's obviously also passionate about pruning, where the objective is to bring a tree back to healthy life and productivity.
