S & S Property Maintenance was truly outstanding. We had a large tree that needed to be removed urgently due to safety concerns that arose quickly. I contacted S & S Property Maintenance, and Steven responded immediately, allowing us to schedule an appointment without delay. They came out the very next day to assess the tree and provide an estimate. The tree was in quite poor condition, and they were able to return the following day to safely remove it, addressing the safety issue promptly. S & S Property Maintenance executed the tree removal efficiently and on time, making the entire experience a pleasure. Additionally, they offered us valuable advice and suggestions on how to enhance our fence's strength and longevity, which was above and beyond their initial service for the tree. I genuinely appreciate their excellent service and friendly guidance. Steven was also very personable and approachable. The crew was able to come out and address a tree uprooting towards my house within the week. I was amazed at how fast they showed up and took it down! The pricing felt more than fair and it was such an easy experience! They'll be my first and only call for any future work I need.

I had to contact a tree company Thanksgiving morning to get a tree limb off an electrical line. They had a crew of 3 guys come out in about an hour. These guys were phenomenal! So friendly and professional and did the work very carefully. They cleaned up everything, blowing leaves, picked up all the tree pieces, swept off the roof where the sawdust was. I can’t say enough about how great they were. I know they had dinners to be at but they didn’t leave until everything was done. I would highly recommend them!

Before and after pictures. The trees were overgrowing on top of the house and on the power-lines. I called them, they came out gave me an estimate, two days later took care of business. Did a wonderful job. All done within three days.

Joey and I had a huge maple tree and another tree taken down today by S & S Property Maintenance. Hurricane Helene caused a lot of wind damage to the trees that were honestly in really rough shape to begin with and we were very concerned for the safety of our cars, kids, and people walking by. Steve, the owner, came out within 15 minutes of calling him for a quote (no exaggeration), gave us our options for our budget, and was able to get us on the schedule immediately. S & S was EXTREMELY affordable, professional, they did an awesome job cleaning up and our yard looks fantastic. We really appreciated how neatly they stacked the wood and cleaned up after themselves. He showed up right on time today, with a crew of very efficient guys. It was a treat to watch the climber scale the trees and hearing Rowan yell "TIMBERRR!!!" Hopefully we never have to have any more trees taken down, but if we do, we will not hesitate to give Steve a call and can not recommend his company enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
