Highly Recommend Ross Family Tree Service! The tree in our front yard was a serious danger to our family. It was dead, splitting, and we were afraid it would fall on our house. Over the years, we called several companies, but either they didn’t show up or quoted us outrageous prices. On a Friday afternoon, I texted the number on their website. By Sunday morning, Victoria responded and asked if they could come by the next day. She gave me an estimated time and even updated me when they left their previous job, arriving right on time. They provided a very reasonable quote and said they’d be in touch to schedule the work. The following Sunday, Victoria texted again to let us know they’d be by the next day—and once again, they showed up exactly on time! They cut the tree down enough so that it was no longer a danger to our home, and they did an AMAZING job. They cleaned up everything, and the price was exactly as quoted. Saying we’re relieved is an understatement! Having this tree taken care of is a huge weight off our shoulders. I would 1,000% recommend Ross Family Tree Service to anyone needing tree work. We recently bought a home in Hohenwald and quite a few of the trees needed trimming badly. Some were overhanging the roof and were a potential problem. I contacted them and explained my issue. Victoria said they were very backed up and would try and fit me in, but it would be about 3 weeks. I considered calling around, but decided to wait. I was excited when Victoria called and said they could be out Monday between 8:30 and 9:00. David and his crew showed on time, maybe even slightly early. We did a walk around to review what was needed and they got right to work. I am so glad I didn't call someone else. David and his crew did an awesome job. He did way more than I expected. He took care of things he knew might become potential issues. When they were done they cleaned up and left my property in better shape than it was when they arrived. David and his crew are some of the hardest working, most conscientiousness guys I have ever seen. He works hard and sets a great example for his crew. I got way more value for my money than I expected. I plan on having them come back and remove a couple trees. I highly recommend Ross family tree service and wouldn't consider using anyone else. Victoria and her husband David are friendly, they communicate well and are just a pleasure to work with. Their crew is hard working, well mannered and respectful of your property. A five-star experience from start to finish! Victoria was very kind and immediately scheduled an estimate. David, her husband and co-owner, arrived on time and explained exactly what work needed to be done. His estimate was incredibly reasonable and well worth it! My estimate was completed on a Saturday, and David and his team arrived on Tuesday afternoon. David was also kind enough to cut off a tree limb in our front yard at no charge. What a wonderful, family-owned company that I will happily use again!
