I contacted Roque by text and I had a quick response and requested an estimate to raise up my huge front yard tree and remove the useless branches that were falling all over my front lawn. The estimate was very fair and the lowest price I’d been quoted so I accepted. Roque was out to my house the very next day while I was at work so I was excited to get home and check it out. I was so pleased! The tree was trimmed up high and the visibility and look of my property was 100% better! Everything was cleaned up and taken away. The tree has added to the value of my curb appeal and I can now cut grass without picking up tons of broken branches and sticks! Great thanks to the owner Nathan. You and your crew did a wonderful job!

Roque was fairly priced and their explanation of the process, their own practices, and concerns were the primary reason we chose them over competitors. During our tree removal, there were complications on removing the largest stump, which neither of us were aware would be there. The team left that night but I discussed the situation with the the owner in the coming days and we were able to come up with a plan that was better than the original plan and overcome the obstacle. There were a few followup trimmings performed on their return as well, that were not seen on the first day, due to the evening arriving. While I was concerned with how the job had ended the first night because of the obstacle, the owner was able to salvage the situation. Issues come up that we don't expect but I really appreciate how the situation was handled and ultimately resolved.

Nate and his crew handled a very complicated tree removal located over intersecting lot lines overtop of four structures. Very professional from the estimate throughout the whole project, including cleanup. Great crew with excellent equipment. Thanks again.

We had several estimates and their price beat them all. Nate came quickly to give an estimate to remove a large maple tree. His crew came just as quickly to remove it. Fast and efficient and cleaned up nicely. I'd recommend them to anyone!
