I highly recommend Roots Tree Service! We had a branch break off a tree at a property we manage, and as luck would have it, Jesse and his crew happened to be finishing up a job next door. They graciously offered to help remove the fallen branch and clean up the debris from the windstorm right then and there. Their friendly attitude and meticulous attention to detail made the whole process seamless. Without a doubt, I’ll be calling Jesse for any of our future tree removal or trimming needs.

I had a large maple tree that needed to come down. I called around and got a few estimates. I was impressed by Jesse and wanted to use him but he was booked way too far, so I went with another company that promised to do it in a few weeks. They didn't show up on the agreed date and wouldn't do it for many weeks so I called Jesse who got things arranged very quickly. This was not an easy job. Every piece had to be lowered by rope because the tree was overhanging my house and garage and above my neighbors garage. They cleaned up and hauled away the wood. I highly recommend Root Tree Service.

My family had the pleasure of working with these wonderful people. They were professional, knowledge, and very efficient in their work. They took down a rather large tree for us that other companies had balked at with relative ease. I'm thrilled that we went with them and I know anyone else needing tree triming or removal would be glad they called them too.

After the ice storm of 2023, I noticed a maple tree was splitting vertically, and would need to be removed altogether. I also needed 2 other trees, on the opposite side of the property, with branches that hung over the roof, that needed to be trimmed. Roots Tree Service was prompt in sending a bid, and, when it came time to do the job, they did an impeccable job preserving the yard despite having to run equipment 360° around the property!! So very happy, and would highly recommend Roots Tree Service for all your tree service needs!!

Jesse did an incredible job removing several trees from our property. The initial decision to go with Roots was how prompt they were through the entire process and dedication to the customer experience. I did not have the same experience from other services contacted. Jesse came out immediately to review and discuss the work needed and provided an estimate the very next day. The final decision to accept Roots was the estimate being very reasonable for the amount of work required and within expectation. Once accepted, the work was immediately scheduled and completed without any issues. I will definitely work with Roots in the future and would recommend their services!
