I called to get a bid on trimming a variety of trees on our property, including apple trees that had not been well maintained. I received a quick return call, and a quick site visit to go over the details. These guys were great. Pros from start to finish. Courteous and friendly. They did absolutely everything we talked about, did it very well, and checked in periodically and at the end to make sure all was done to our liking. Final result looked great! Everything cleaned up and hauled away. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend.

Story and crew removed a cedar and a birch in a single day. Everything went great, even dealing with a fence and shrubs in the vicinity. They shredded and hauled away the branches and foliage, leaving us with a pile of firewood. We would definitely call Roots again.

Story was very prompt with the estimate and got me scheduled quickly for tree removal and pruning. He and his crew showed up promptly, took the trees down in a safe manner, and checked with me on the pruning of the trees to ensure it met my approval. He and his crew cleaned up the area well.
