Roots Arbor Care Tree Service

I cannot say enough good things about Nate, Anna, and the entire crew from Roots Arbor Care Tree Service. I needed 3 large trees removed from my back yard, which is completely inaccessible to any kind of equipment necessary for their removal. The largest of the 3 was a monster of a tree and very unhealthy. I called half a dozen different tree services and got 3 estimates from those companies capable of removing the trees. In most cases when I’ve gotten an estimate, it’s been little more than a guy walking around the site mumbling numbers to himself. That was not the case with Anna. Her assessment of the job and communication of the any issues, concerns, and potential complications was unlike any I’d ever received from a tree removal service. On the day of the job, Nate and his entire crew operated with surgical precision. Everyone was courteous, polite, and professional and were definitely a cut above (no pun intended) anyone I’ve ever hired for tree removal. They worked quickly and efficiently and when the job was done, if it hadn’t been for the 3 missing trees, I never would’ve known they’d been there, leaving the site clean and tidy. I will use them for all jobs going forward and can’t recommend them highly enough.

The team at Roots Arbor Care were great from start to finish! We had to have two large oak trees removed from our front yard, as they were dead/dying. The arborist, Anna, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They were quick to come out and provide a quote with some different options - their quote came in quite a bit lower than the quotes we got from the competition, which was a pleasant surprise considering the high quality of service Roots Arbor Care provided. The owner, Nate, is a true expert who clearly values providing a quality service. I was impressed that he is the one who gets up in the bucket up high to cut the trees while his crew worked to clear limbs and keep the worksite clean. Their equipment is impressive, all the neighbors said they got some entertainment watching the crew work. We were surprised when we got a message saying they discovered an entire bee colony living in one of the trees, but they didn't skip a beat and coordinated with a local beekeeper to save the colony - Nate came back when it was dark that night and put a screen up to keep the bees in, and they were able to relocate that section of the tree with the bees to their new home! They really went above and beyond, and its clear they care about preservation. We were truly impressed with Roots Arbor Care and will be using them for all future trimming and removal services.

These folks are top notch! They responded quickly to my call, made a very professional assessment visit and scheduled the work. They came when they said, were courteous and very respectful of my wishes. I did not want my trees chopped back, but rather trimmed naturally. They did a super job! Couldn’t be more pleased. They also cleaned up after. Wonderful!

The crew did a great job taking care of our tree situation. Very friendly, professional, and thorough. Communication and scheduling seemed a little disorganized, but the team did such a great job while they were here that I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We were so pleased with the work Arbor Care did to prune and remove deadwood from our very large pin oak tree. The guys were exceptionally skilled and worked together as a team. We highly recommend and will use again!
