Rock Creek did an amazing job for us during a recent emergency. After a huge tree fell on our house last month, a manager from Rock Creek happened to drive by and stopped to offer help. By early the next morning, a big crew and a large crane were at our house removing the tree. In addition to the hardworking crew, representatives from the company were present to walk us through the process and advise us on what to expect from our insurance company, Once the first crew had removed the tree, a second crew arrived to build a makeshift roof and tarp over the damaged areas. Before nightfall, all the work was completed. And the temporary repair and tarping has held up through a month of torrential rain without so much as a drop of water getting in. Rock Creek put us at ease during a time of extreme stress, did great work, and provided amazing customer service. We highly recommend calling them if you ever need emergency tree service!

We had three large trees to remove from our back yard with somewhat limited access. I received other bids but John Miller’s was most reasonable and included the use of a large crane to remove the trees. John’s crew and the crane arrived on time and the process from tree removal to stump removal to cleanup was complete in a day. The crane operators and the tree/ground crew were amazing: efficient, professional and friendly. Overall, we have a new landscape absent our diseased trees and we could not be happier! There are many tree removal companies available in the area. We will definitely go with Rock Creek Tree in the future and we highly recommend others do the same.
