Rock Creek was awesome! They took down two of my dead ash trees! They removed my fence to get into the back yard which they put up again when done. They were careful about the surrounding areas and they worked quickly and efficiently! They cleaned up well and filled the holes in with black dirt! It looks great!

From the first time talking to Jason about the estimate, to the completion of the project, everything was AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Jason and his crew were extremely professional, friendly, and very efficient! We had two very large ash trees removed that had developed Emerald Ash Borer disease. Both trees were close to the house and also main power lines. Jason and his crew knew exactly how to execute the job, and did it with perfection! The project quickly became a “Neighborhood watch party” with everyone in awe of how the trees were taken down limb by limb! The cleanup after the trees had been cut down was also amazing! They were INCREDIBLY thorough. They took care of what I asked for and even more I didn't realize was an issue while they were up there! They were friendly too, and it was fun to watch them work. Five stars, definitely pleased.

I pretty much copied this review from another review as this was my experience also . We had a dead Ash tree in a spot that was difficult to get to in our backyard. Jason was great to work with. The communication has been very good. In order to get access to our yard and tree he needed to come through the neighbor’s property and take down our fence. Jason also took down a tree in my neighbors yard at the same time. Jason and one other crew member were very respectful. They made sure to work carefully to avoid damaging our property as well as our neighbors. They were also thorough in their cleanup and putting everything back where they found it. We would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to our friends.

Jason was very friendly and personable until I had a complaint about all the wood chips left all over the grass and then the excessive amount of dirt that was poured in my front yard -- which literally had hundreds of stump remnants mixed in it because they blew them in instead of fully discarding all of it. The tree was rotted due to fungus. Jason laughed about it and told me to rake the dirt more to hide the large pieces. I said I didn't find humor in this at all. He told me to wait it out 'til next year when the chips soften up. What?? I said I needed it cleaned up now...I obviously won't be mowing the (excessive) mound of dirt, but I will mow the rest of the lawn yet this year, and it would not have beeen good to have wood chips shooting out all over. He refused to do anything more & stood right there smirking. He told me if my landlord complained, he'd consider coming back; but then turned and said they won't because of the business they do for them. I'm guessing he means the cheap work. You get what you pay for apparently. I would have given 5 stars for the actual tree cutting process, but the lack of care for my concern, and the huge mess that was left even after I asked for it to be corrected, prevents me from giving a good recommendation. I believe in excellent customer service and pride in one's work. This was lazy & apathetic. I was utterly disappointed. Both the maintenance man and I had to do considerable clean-up following the job. If you don't mind a mess and are okay being mocked, this is your guy to hire.
