Scott Roberts promptly answered our call for help to cut out a huge branch from a 40' tree that was hanging over our yard and croquet court. While he was here my husband asked for estimates on other troublesome trees and he obliged. His report was full of excellent information and he offered fair rates. They were booked solid but somehow Roberts' found a crew to come cut that limb before the weekend's croquet match and we were so grateful for that small miracle. A 4-man crew arrived to do the cutting, with amazing skill sets, and proper equipment that also performed well. The job was tricky but the workers knew their stuff. They also interacted with me to make sure I was happy as they went along, which we appreciated. They worked long and hard and then near the end of the day more Roberts' crew members arrived to help get the job cleaned up. They all seemed like a big, supportive family and were an awesome team. In general we try not to cut down trees, but we will call them again for other troublesomes without hesitation because I think they care as well.

We had a large tree fall on our house after a severe storm. When Scott and his team arrived, it was instant peace of mind. This team works efficiently, safely and the teamwork is amazing. They are polite, professional, and work in a coordinated manner to get the job done. When they leave, everything is neat and tidy NO MESS left behind! Highly recommend for any tree service!

These guys are amazing. They are professional, worked incredibly hard, a very long day and did an amazing job. We had over a dozen trees that needed work (in a tricky yard with a lot of plants, trees, rocks and not easy access, all my plants and shrubs were carefully worked around). 9 tree pruning, 5 trees that had limbs removed, one that required climbing a height that would make me sick, a total tree removal and stump grind. They didn't just prune the large trees but shaped the crown beautifully and stayed late cleaning everything up. I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you SO much.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Roberts Tree Experts,LLC. From the receptionist, estimate on site to the actual removal of the trees, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone was professional but also friendly and kept me informed during the removal of the trees to also making sure I was pleased with the trimming of the trees in the front yard.Couldn’t ask for better cleanup! Thank you for such a positive experience. Will not hesitate to contact if I ever need more work done or to recommend to others.
