Absolutely the best! Custom service above and beyond!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for parts or new lawn mowers weed eater to chainsaws. And lots more. The best part is the knowledgeable staff that is there to help u out. I left there with a better mood then I went in. A bigger smile on my face. Also keeps that belief that good people , great small business are one of the most beautiful things in life.. thank u Robby's small engine for being what this, not only community, but country needs more of!!
I was given this business as a reputable dealer to repair my Troybilt zero turn under warranty., by Troybilt themselves. Not only did they refuse to work on the mower, they absolutely refused to do it under warranty. " I can't put my men to work on a unguaranteed warranty repair.Nor will they work on that type of machine. I refuse to allow them to work on that machine or any one like it. I will not accept any Warranty on any piece of equipment for repair in my business. It's unguaranteed payment." I will be contacting Troybilt and reporting this company to them so they can remove them from their "Reputable dealer" list. In the meantime, good luck to anyone else who tries to get anywhere with this business. As this isn't the first time I have delt with them Several years ago I was purchasing a Stihl product and was completely ignored by the sales people. I wouldn't recommend this business even if they were selling out and everything was a penny.
I found out they only work on Still brand weedeaters. I guess they only work on what they sell. The staff was nice and helpful.
Awesome place. Great mechanics especially there pushmower, tiller, and generator mechanic. He knows what he is doing. That’s a fact.
