Did excellent work for my boss so had him up and look at some trees for us. Gave me a best case and worse case price. Said he could try to work it in depending on emergency situations or he was scheduling into end of October...fine, we just wanted them down before the snow flies. From there it went downhill. I messaged end of October asking when we were looking at..he was going to check schedule and let me know next day. A week later he called me by accident but we spoke. He was going to get in touch and stop by tomorrow to take another look. Tomorrow never came!! I waited a week and texted asking if I missed him that saturday... no response. Looking for another tree service.

We are so thankful we found Carl! We had a dead ash tree that was becoming a potential danger. He came out, took a look, gave us a bid, and was able to complete the work a week later. He and his crew did a phenomenal job. He’s very knowledgeable and worked hard to preserve as much as possible, while pointing out other issues we never would have identified. While we planned on two full days for some other trimming and pruning, we had a plumbing emergency and had to cancel the second day. Carl worked with us and was very understanding. I’ll definitely be calling back in the future to finish out the job.

We had two dead oak trees that were leaning toward the house and dropping branches into the road and driveway. Carl and his guys were prompt, professional, and personable. Great clean up of the area as well. We would definitely hire them again!

After the first two tree cutting companies either didn't show up or didn't return my calls, I was beginning to lose hope. Then a call to Roar and Sons Family Tree Service solved all my problems. They took care of the huge dead Beech trees we had around the house, and they did an awesome job to boot! We couldn't be happier with their work, and I'll be using them again in the future!!!
