I would highly recommend Ripley to anyone looking to have tree work done. We have used them at two different houses and have been extremely pleased with their timeliness, communication, pricing, and quality of work. Mike and his crew are experienced, honest, and know how to get the job done right.

I had a great experience with Ripley Tree Service. They were fast to come out to get me a quote. They also were only at my house for a little over an hour to remove a large Oak tree and grind the stump and clean everything up. Pricing was extremely fair as well. I would definitely recommend Ripley Tree Service!

Can not say enough good things about these guys! Made the most a sad day where we had to remove a tree that was a hazard to our home and property. They worked efficiently and were very thoughtful about the whole process. Price included everything including stump grinding. We chose to keep all parts of our tree in our property which they were completely gracious about.

I couldn't be more grateful for the services rendered by Ripley removing my overgrown tree on my property. Two competing tree services in the Cleveland-area were weary of performing the job and estimated a multiple day removal with quotes up to $10k+. They also were unwilling to work with my neighbors to use their adjacent properties to park their cranes fearing legal action. Upon contacting Ripley, Kathy provided excellent customer service and was able to coordinate a date for the crew to come out. In terms of scale, my tree was a 70+ ft Willow tree in a very tight space behind my home. She worked with my neighbor to coordinate a date and time to use his home as a staging ground to park the crane and perform minor tree services on his property as well. The crew navigated the massive tree and avoided surrounding power and telecommunication lines with surgical precision. Overall, I am impressed in the quick turnaround and skill demonstrated by this business. I would recommend Ripley Tree Services to anyone looking for a tree removal of any size for the fraction of the price, speedy completion, and quality of service.

They may do fine work - I've seen them around the neighborhood, although I was disappointed with the scheduler. I scheduled an appointment a little over a week out. The individual did not show up on the morning of, and when I called, receptionist was a bit rude and accused me of having a misunderstanding. Returned my call over an hour and a half late passed the appointment time and didn't have me on the schedule at all. Then when trying to reschedule, they were apparently booked during the multiple days we were free before and now wasn't able to reschedule.
