Ethan thoroughly discussed the job and our expectations prior to the work beginning. We had a row of Italian Cypress that had grown and expanded exponentially during the summer and we were at a loss to trim them up. Ethan understood exactly what needed to get accomplished. He was extremely polite,thorough, very knowledgeable, quick, did a great job cleaning up the area afterwards and his work far exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful team from Rich’s Tree Service prune two large Japanese Maples and a Cherry Tree. Riley, Ethan and Jacob did an amazing job. They took great care and beautifully pruned these trees. I was very pleased with how careful they were making sure my other plants did not get damaged as they worked. I have had other tree services walk in garden beds or drop limbs on plants and damage them as they worked. Ethan told me he just passed his Arborist Certification and shared many tips with me to enhance the health of my trees. Not only did they do an amazing pruning job, Ethan, Jacob and Riley were all very kind, communicative and wanted to be sure they met all expectations. I highly recommend Rich’s Tree Service and the crew of Riley, Jacob and Ethan. I will definitely request this crew for my next tree pruning needs.

This is the second time I've hired Rich's Tree Service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fast quotes (thank you Luke) and fairly priced. I put myself on their "fill-in" schedule. Jacob and Jaime arrived yesterday afternoon and within 1.5 hours took down 2 small trees and limbed up a large tree. Super fast, professional, incredibly kind and left the worksite impeccably clean. Take it from a repeat customer, this is a great company.

Jamie’s crew with Brian and Nick were great! They were efficient, worked hard, listened and were respectful. Definitely have them back.! On top of all that the job is beautiful 👏🏼

Jamie and crew were great! Came and did all the work that had been previously discussed and then some. Had hired a crew for the day , Jamie and crew went after work after a walk through. Did more than expected, had them do additional work since I had hired them for the day. Left the place nice and tidy. Checked in when questions arose, otherwise went about their work. All members of the team were polite and respectful.....very pleased!!!
