Reliable Tree Care and Removal

I would recommend Reliable Tree Care to everybody. I had a tree growing threw my deck and close to my house. Very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and treated my house as if it was there's. The tree was cut and lifted out over my house by a crane due to neighbors not allowing them on their property. Clean up was amazing by the crew. All work was done in 1 day. Employees - job well done!

I have been using this company for years and have always had great service. This week the gentleman that was up in the tree went above and beyond . It was obvious he cared about the job he was doing constantly coming down to the ground and recheck his work and back up in the tree. I highly recommend this company couldn't be more pleased thanks again to Reliable Tree Care for a job well done.

I have used reliable tree for my sweet gum and another tree. They did a great job. They ground the stump and put seed down afterwards. By far the cheapest of estimates that we got. When I called them to trim a neighbors tree that was hanging over my pool and releasing wasp galls into the pool, Jim came right out and gave me a bid of 1,200. In the proposal it said they would remove as many lateral branches above the pool without causing harm to the oak tree. They also put that the goal is to have less gall falling into the pool. And that Jim was going to be there on site. First off, Jim was not there on site. When they came, they did the neighbors yard first and then the next day, started on my job. They removed some of the lateral branches above the pool and had the opportunity to make one more cut and take out the only branches left to make sure that no galls, and potential harm to kids, were going to fall into the pool. They worked for about an hour and 45 minutes and then started to pick up. When I asked one of the guys raking if they were going to get that last branch he said he was new and that he would get Kyle to come and talk with me about it. Kyle never came back and talked with me so I called Jim back. When I called Jim he said that they would work something out with me and call me back. He never called, and I had to reach out several more times to see if they would come and take out the last branch. He said he would show up to look at it, never came. He said he would talk to his boss and see if they could get a climber up there, and they never called me back. I wouldn’t have spent the money on having a neighbors tree trimmed if they weren’t going to remove all the branches with galls above the pool. I’m still getting galls in the pool. Although I had a good experience with reliable tree before, it’s going to be hard for me to use or recommend them again to neighbors and friends.

On the afternoon of May 16 a spectacular wind storm blew 1/2 of a tree (20 inches in diameter) on to the roof of our home. We determined Saturday morning that the branch had penetrated the roof. I immediately went to Reliable's office. I was told that they had another emergency job before ours but they would be there yet that morning. Within hours the crews had arrived. They got the tree off of the roof in short order, showing great care and skill. The quick response made it possible to get the roof repaired the same afternoon. With a 2" thunderstorm on the following Monday we were fortunate to have the house back all sealed up thanks to Reliable Tree Care.

I am more than pleased with the price and quality of work exhibited by Reliable Tree Care. Zach and his crew were punctual, professional, and methodical in their approach and execution of my job. My tree removal took 7-8 hours (it was a huge tree) and they worked consistently all the way through. They left my lawn in the same condition they found it even though the only access for the hauling the debris was straight across my yard. I would definitely use them for a future job and will be recommending to anyone I know needing tree service.
