Red Oak Stump Grinding

I'd thought that I could work at getting my Japanese Maple stump out on my own. Worked hard for days with all kinds of hand tools and it just wasn't budging and I wanted to be done. I called Dan this morning after he was referred to me by Blue Ox Tree Services, the company who cut the tree down for me, and he came to the rescue. He had great precision and took his time as he was working close to my house and the front porch. He's down to earth, easy to talk to and works hard. Great job! The job included two huge Poplar trees that uprooted during a storm. as well as a large maple tree removal. A lot of work compared to a normal stump grinding. Had a very quick response to my call and were on the job within a few days. Pricing was very reasonable and Red Oak left the lawn clean and in good shape. Just had my second experience with Dan, as well as Blue Ox Tree Service. They took out three tall pines in the corner of my backyard, so not easy to get to! The tree removal was flawless, and they were working in tight quarters between a fence and a shed. They cleaned up after their work, and then Dan did the stump grinding, which was great, and very efficient! They know trees, and how to handle difficult situations, so I would trust them with any job! Highly recommended for whatever tree removal you need!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Dan reached out to me the same day I contacted him and met us in person the next day to review our lawn. He provided a quote on the spot and returned a few days later to complete the work, which surprisingly only a couple hours (he removed 6 bush stumps and 1 tree stump).
