I met Red Beard at the Normanna Twp. fire dept. pancake breakfeast and fund raiser. I had two dying balsam trees, dangerously close to the house. I needed an experienced professionals help. That's ,exactly what I received with Red Beard! He arrived later in the afternoon, after packing up his display from the FD fund-raiser. He quickly and carefully downed the balsam trees as well as identifying some birch trees that were dangerously close to the house. His skill, knowledge and experience was in full display. A friend was over with his 5 year old boy to watch the process. Red Beard took time from his work and quickly made a friend of the 5 year old. He explained his chainsaw and answered the questions of a very inquisitive young lad. It was awesome. Red Beard has a strong work ethic and great customer service skills. We met Red Beard at the Duluth Home Show and we discussed the difficult tree we had next to the building. The large spruce was 50 feet tall and was leaning toward the building. We agreed to get it done. Red Beard was excellent with his communication and arrived as scheduled. He assessed the situation and went to work with dropping the tree. Within a short time, he had the tree down along the middle of the parking lot. Exactly where he wanted it. If I had dropped it, I would be repairing the roof and side of a building.
