Phenomenal experience while using Raleigh Tree Service to stump grind & cut several trees Start to finish, we had a smooth process working with Will, whom was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire project. The team showed up timely, well equipped, and professional. When they were all finished up, they did a great job at cleaning up. Leaves blown, yard NOT torn up, NO MESS!

Raleigh Tree Service is a great company. If you need trees removed, call them first. Bottom line is, Raleigh Tree Service is very professional, puts the customer first and is overall a great company to work with. No surprises, no drama, just good honest service. I called few tree removal companies and set times to meet, so they could look at the tree and give an estimate. On the first go-around only one company showed up for the appointment. Others give me a quote based on a photo I sent them. The company that came to the house, the estimator looked at the tree for maybe 5 minutes and gave me a very large quote. I did more digging on the internet for tree removal services, and one of the top-rated companies in my area is Raleigh Tree Service. I called them, set an appointment for Will to come out and look at the tree. Will and I had a good conversation about the tree, he asked questions about things in our yard that could be moved around so he could get the necessary equipment into the yard and remove the tree. He also went over the removal process and equipment they would use. Will got back to me with a good quote and I told him we would have Raleigh Tree Service to do the work. Will was great working within my schedule to get the trees removed. On the day of the removal, he and his team were on time, and he went over everything once more with me, giving me a timeline of when they would be done. Everything went great. The team had the trees removed and everything they had to rearrange in the yard back in place within a few hours. Other than the trees being gone, my back yard looked the same. After everything was done, Will sent me a text message thanking me for the business. I find that very refreshing, and I think it says a lot about a company, it shows they care enough about their customers to take time to thank them. I find this to be a rare thing these days. What started out as an idea seamlessly transitioned into a reality thanks to Will and Raleigh Tree Service. After reaching out, Will responded promptly, scheduled a free consult and came out to access our current tree situation. Having an expert confirm your ideas but also guide you towards what makes most sense based on your yard and overall needs is a must. And that's what he did. Once a date was set, Will and his team were amazingly quick and thorough. We had a total of 7 trees, one of which was a colossal pine that was diseased which required a massive crane to facilitate the removal. They had to remove one of our fence panels in order to get the stump grinder into our backyard and when it was all said and done you wouldn't have had any idea that they had even been there. They cleaned up all the debris not just from my property but also the street and made sure our fence panel was securely back in its place.

I cannot recommend Will and his team enough. He did a thorough and candid review of my whole property. We came to an agreement on what needed to be done right away and what can be done in the future. Everything that needed to be done was completed in a way that I didn't even know professionals could do! Highly communicative, extremely coordinated, admirably precise, and very competitive. We had 30+ year old trees showing signs of rot. Will was able to tell us exactly what the problem was and gave us options, never pushing or telling us what to do. Excellent communication, very responsive. It rained for a solid week, pushing back the project but he got us back on track quickly. His team is extremely hard working, skilled and efficient. Top notch equipment ensured the job was done well and safely. Great job cleaning up. Will came to the site at completion to ensure our satisfaction. We’ll never use another tree service again.
