Absolutely outstanding service! I can't say enough positive things about Raines Tree Care. The team was knowledgeable, meticulous, thoughtful, and incredibly hard-working. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job removing our messy cypress tree. I highly recommend Raines Tree Care to anyone in need of expert tree care.

I have had Raine’s do jobs for me on 3 separate occasions, now. They removed small brush trees behind our fence, pushed back overhang from an adjacent property, pruned our maple tree out front, and most recently took down 2 massive walnut trees to clear an area for construction. Every time they show up on time with the right number of people, equipment, and always make safety to their team and your property a primary focus. Never had any considerable damage, they clean up the residual branches and brush, and also move landscaping materials, if needed, in an orderly fashion. If you want your project done correctly, professionally, and neatly, these are your guys. Worth the extra $$!

Jimmy came out to look at a black walnut tree we were worried about and quickly determined that it was healthy and explained and showed me why. He made sure to answer all my questions and even gave me some advice for keeping bugs from eating another tree we have that gets chewed up every year. Very knowledgeable and personable. We will be calling Raines for any tree needs we have in the future. Thank you!

I spent the early part of this beautiful afternoon watching the 3 man crew from Raines Tree Care as they trimmed branches from our large backyard oak. They prepped the area by blowing off leaves beneath the tree cutting area and clearing the large deck furniture that I was unable to move; then they went to work. The precision shown to set the climbing and stability ropes was amazing. The climb, cuts, and controlled branch drops couldn’t have been better executed. Incredible was the empty water bottle drop from the young fella high above, with the bottle landing right next to the chain saw! My jaw dropped — and we were having light breezes! When the fellas finished trimming, hauling the branches to their truck and cleaning up the sawdust and wood chips, they moved the deck furniture back where they’d found it. My husband and I cannot say enough positive about David Raines and his crew. As we have previously, we will continue to use and to highly recommend Raines Tree Care services. We have long been convinced of their knowledge, honesty and ability. A bonus is that David is an ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certified arborist, ISA certified tree worker climber specialist and is ISA tree assessment qualified. In addition, he’s a member of the Arkansas Urban Forestry Council. We’re not the only folks who think highly of him! Call him for an estimate; you won’t be sorry.

Raines came and removed a tree that the previous owner had built our 2nd story deck around. This team was so amazing at how quickly and safely they removed this tree 10 feet from our home! The professionalism and courteousness of the team was top notch. The cleanup was perfect and I can honestly say that they treated everything as if were their own home and took great care not to damage anything, and it was not an easy feat! They even put plywood down to run their equipment over my edging. I would (and will!) recommend Raines for any tree removal needs. We are relieved to have the tree gone, but not near as much as how safely it was done not only for us, but the crew as well. These guys will be our 1st call anytime we need any tree work done!
