Rain City Tree Works

Very happy with the services provided by Rain City Tree Works! I had a relatively large tree in my front yard that needed to be removed. Brent, the owner of the company, personally came to my home and provided an estimate. They were patient with me as I figured out when the right time to do the work would be, and got me on the calendar within two weeks once I decide. They provided a proposal and invoice that you can review and pay for online in minutes. Their crew was quick, polite, and fast working. Each of the crew introduced themselves and were friendly to neighbors. They took care not to damage my property or house either. All around very satisfied with the service. I’d say I’d call them again, but that was my only tree! Definitely give them a call first if you need help!

Brent and his team removed a tall pine tree that died in my backyard. They did an excellent job: they worked carefully and efficiently, gave clear comms in terms of plan and pricing, and protected the surrounding yard well with paneling in key locations. Five stars all around.

I had Rain City Tree Works out to my home to work on a couple projects this week. There were a couple dead trees in the back, a few that had grown too big for the space, and some pines that were hanging over my house and garage. I was really impressed by how easy they made it to schedule the evaluation, work day, and payment system. They came to my house right at the scheduled time and worked so fast. They were very clean and respectful of the property. Did everything exactly as they said they would and really went above and beyond for us. 5 stars!

We live in a moderately forested neighborhood with green spaces and see a lot of tree removal companies--Rain City Tree Works stands out as one of the best. We had a large diseased red sunset maple on our property line that needed removal without branches or debris falling on the neighbor's side. Brent and his crew assessed the work with us in advance and relied on a crane to carefully and methodically remove diseased portions and the entire tree within three hours. Headsets were used to communicate, so there wasn't any shouting or distractions (we stayed safely inside our house and Jen kept us updated via text messaging). The work came in at the bid amount. Our neighbors on all sides were amazed at the speed, professionalism and thoroughness of the removal. I anticipate that Rain City Tree Works will see more customers in our neighborhood in the future. We will certainly use them again.
