R M Tree Care is absolutely fantastic! Justin and his crew really outdid themselves. I had two big trees right by my house, causing quite a dilemma. A few other tree companies claimed it was impossible without taking down some structures, but not R M Tree Care! They tackled the job effortlessly with their top-notch equipment. In addition, they expertly pruned and trimmed over a dozen more trees, grinding the stumps and leaving everything spotless. Their bid was fair too. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction before they go. I highly suggest them!

Jeff and his crew did a great job. Jeff came out the same day to give me an estimate, copies of their insurance and walked me through the process of how they would handle the job. I had 4 huge pine trees that were dying right by my house, it was handled by Robert with no issues. Robert also trimmed several oaks ,expertly pruned and trimmed over a dozen more trees, grinding the stumps and leaving everything clean.They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction before they go. I highly recommend them!

Got a quote and the crew came out the next day to do the work. The price was good and the actual tree trimming looked great. However, a few things went wrong that left me pretty frustrated. To access the neighbor’s yard, they removed a section of my fence. When they put it back, it was about an inch lower than the rest and some of the planks were cracked. I ended up taking it down and rehanging it myself to get it right. The back gate (a 6x6 post) was uprooted during the job. After inspecting it, I saw the base was rotten, but driving the front loader through it during wet conditions definitely finished it off. My neighbor also called me during the job, upset about the ruts left in her yard from the heavy machinery—it had stormed the day before. On the plus side, Matt came out the next day and replaced the damaged planks and took care of my neighbor's yard, which I appreciate. The biggest issue was communication. I called after hours and left a voicemail, then followed up the next morning with an email and photos of all the problems. I got no response to either. Eventually I spoke to Justin on the phone, and honestly, it felt like I was being blamed for the damage—as if I had messed up his fence. Not a great customer experience. We had already paid by check before I got home and saw the issues, so I told my wife to cancel the check until everything was resolved. I mentioned this clearly in my email—but since nobody read it, Justin was surprised at the bank and only then decided to call me. The call felt more like a guilt trip about his payroll than a real conversation about fixing the issues. Bottom line: the trimming itself was good and the price was good, but the lack of communication, damage, and how things were handled afterward left a bad taste.

We had R M cut down 3 trees close to our house and trim all the trees hanging over our roof and driveway. The 3 trees were in a very tough location to access and they handled them with no issue. It was VERY impressive. Plain and simple: they did a phenomenal job. Every piece of their team was 5 stars. From Jeff the estimator to the crew who did the work, everyone was prompt, professional, and showed that they care. A nice little touch that they did after they were done was clean all the debris off my roof. This debris was already there, it wasn’t from them trimming the trees, and they still cleaned it off. That’s top notch service. They were also priced fairly and we are overall very satisfied with the service we received. We will be using them again for the next set of trees we cut down, as well as for ongoing maintenance. 10/10.

Very satisfied, did a great job, professional, polite and was very cautious about not damaging other trees and property
