The workers who trimmed our trees were great. They arrived on time, talked to us about our expectations and explained what they were doing. They moved a truck topper for us to prevent any damage. They removed all the dead branches and pruned the trees. They look great. I've added photos but they really don't show the improvement. We had branches that had fallen and got lodged in other branches. They cleaned up all the branches and blew the leaves leaving our yard looking good. We used R & J five years ago to remove several trees. We will use them again for any tree related needs.

R&J’s team members worked diligently together and removed 4 massive old oak trees from around my home on Friday piling all the cut wood against out buildings as I requested. The winds picked up very much in the afternoon and made further progress dangerous so they returned early Monday morning to finish the work . On both Friday evening and Monday morning my yard was well cleared of all tree debris and they even spread grass seed where the yard had been roughed up by the equipment. I am very pleased with the results.

This is a wonderful company -- the employees all work in unison and they did a fantastic job of cutting back/cleaning up two big oak trees in my front yard. Professionalism should be in their company name and when they left, you could not even tell they had been here. The cleanup was great. I highly recommend R&J and will definitely be a repeat customer!

We had the most unsatisfactory and expensive experience with R & J Tree Service. We paid $9,000 for a full property tree clean out, and the before and after pictures are practically the same. I was assured I would be able to tell a drastic difference in our trees, and we could barely tell anything was done. We could not be more disappointed and frustrated. We still have dead limbs falling all over our house/carport/property. It has been the biggest waste of money my husband and I have ever experienced. The owners claimed they did what they outlined, and though they may feel they did…we the customers do not, and are very dissatisfied. They refused to do any further trimming and refused to reduce their price even though family members who came to see the work on the trees couldn’t tell they had even been trimmed. My father, who came straight from a service with the Honor Guard…still dressed in his military service uniform...tried to help me explain to them our displeasure and seek a resolution, and they were horribly rude even to him. I paid them in full even though I was utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with the results. The amount they outlined and charged did not correlate with the work performed. I should have checked if they were BBB accredited and they are not. That is on me and not a mistake I will make again. Absolutely would not recommend R & J Tree Service under any circumstance.

I was quite pleased with R&J Tree Service. I will definitely be using this company for any future tree/stump etc. needs. Randy came out to give me a free estimate (which was reasonable). He wrote up a contract with details and total cost and left a copy for me. His office later scheduled me in the next week. I was sent a reminder message which I confirmed. On the scheduled day, Will showed up at the designated time and worked hard the entire time he was here. I did my walk through and everything was exactly like I had wanted it. I highly recommend this company. Unlike many that I have had experiences with, R&J Tree Specialist is reliable, reasonably priced, and does a high quality job. A pleasure to deal with this company!
