Quality Tree

This business came recommended to me so I had high expectations, but maybe they were too high. The problem starts after the tree has been moved from my backyard. Notice I said “moved” and not “removed,” which is the issue since I paid for tree removal. All I have I gotten to this point is the tree moved from my backyard to my front yard. I reached out about it and was told their tree pickup guy made a mistake and skipped me over, which is frustrating, but mistakes happen. It’s not the reason I’m leaving a negative review. The negative review stems from the fact that after I reached reached out about it I was given no timeframe for its actual removal. I was told “as soon as possible,” which I assumed would make me a priority. I did already pay for the service after all. BUT here we are going on five days later with the tree still flopped in my front yard. On top of this, the tree is actually blocking my view from one side to safely pull out of my driveway, which I told the person I spoke with, but based on the lack of urgency, it obviously didn’t matter much. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company to anyone else like it was recommended to me.

Quality Tree is top notch! Justin and Zack were “grade A” certified Pros! Had a great experience with them and their crew on my tree removal. They are fair, fast, and quality people. They worked around other contractors on site safely and flawlessly without interfering and were super respectful of neighborhood traffic. I recommend using Quality Tree, go give them a call.

Quality Tree pruned several large trees in my yard. They also cut down a redbud and cedar tree. They hauled off all the pruned limbs and felled trees. The work was done exactly as quoted at a reasonable price. They were extremely professional and courteous. I was amazed at how fast they completed the work. The trees looked great after the job was finished, and the yard wasn’t damaged too much despite the use of a bobcat with tracks. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again.

Awesome to work with! They were doing some work across the street and we saw them doing such a good job that my husband asked them to walk over and look at a tree in our back yard that was leaning towards our house. They were super awesome and came over once they had a minute and quoted us $4,000 LESS than the quote that we had done by another company last year. They took down the tree, cleaned it up, took out the stump, leveled the ground with dirt, AND seeded the area with grass. Super nice people to work with!
