The topsoil was decent but the compost sucked because it was full of rocks, large chunks of wood chips, and some trash (water bottles and some random plastic). The service was quick and friendly. Still, four stars because of the pricing. It was the cheapest in the area a and only 15 mins from me.
We bought fire wood in February 2025 and it won’t burn, it cost 85.00 no refunds or returns, she did apologized on behalf of the company. People please ask if wood burns before you make a purchase. I have bought mulch from them no problem, but be careful on wood purchases.
Excellent service! Had a big pecan tree removed and the whole process was easy. The tree was near power lines and the house and they removed it with no problem. They have modern equipment and an excellent crew. From the free estimate to the actual cutting down of the tree and clean up the service was how I wish every company would be. Gregg the owner told me exactly how much it would be and there were no surprise charges when it was done. I thank each and every one of the Pro Tree team who was at my home today. I am extremely pleased with the service and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.
Did an amazing job! They showed up on time and started work right away. Cannot say enough positive things about the work crew. They took down 3 really large trees in no time at all. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done efficiently and correctly. I would have never even known they were here except my yard is now cleaner than it was before and there are trees missing.
If it were possible to leave 100 stars, we would! Gregg and his team are the absolute best. Professional to the highest degree and their work is impeccable. We suffered a tree falling through our house and while other service providers wanted to delay, estimate and speculate, this team saw people in need and without hesitation or exploitation, responded like real life heros. Thank you for the peace of mind, impressive response and job well done.
