Pro Stump and Tree employees are great ! Starting with Mike who walked me through the process and amazingly enough scheduled me for an appointment that day. Extremely disappointing - all promises and very little delivery. While grinding the stump, large chips were flying everywhere hitting our neighbor’s garage and other yards. Neighbors complained about the mess. Our entire backyard lawn was destroyed. He told us he could reseed the backyard - for an additional cost of $1500 The first try yielded nothing - they blamed it on the topsoil! They left us a $25 bag of seed and told us to try that! They finally came back with different top soil and more seed. We had to re-rake and re-seed (at our own expense) the backyard 2 more times in order to get the grass to grow. They blamed everything on the warm summer. If they knew growing a lawn in summer heat wasn’t going to work, they should not have told us they could do it, take our money and run. Nothing but excuses, no responsibility, just repeated requests to leave them a good review - really?!?!?
