Had a large ash tree that was dying from emerald ash borer. It was right over a power line, and was a tricky removal. Andy and his team got the job done cleaner and more quickly than I expected. Absolutely painless process. Brought down, removed, and stump ground all within a week of writing Andy. Totally recommend.

Andy and the crew (Garrett, Chase, Alex, Jordan, and Pablo) were exceptional. A very reasonable price and one of the best “bang for the buck” estimates I received to take out 3 trees (one for sure that required a crane to get to in our backyard). They have a top notch operation and get things done safely, quickly and efficiently as possible. A+ and would recommend to anyone. PS. Don’t look at their one and only 1-star review. Does not reflect the quality of their work or their dedication to the community.

Worked with Primo Tree experts for the removal and stump grinding of 2 dead ash trees. The one in the back yard had to lifted over the house due to access. Great communication with their team, worked fast and cleaned up site. Added the removal/grinding of 8 other stumps too. Fantastic to work with and would highly recommend.

Maybe if you have a signed contract with them, they'll be professional! But businesses are about more than just what happens after the contract is signed. TLDR; unprofessional, and did not even attempt to beat or match prices as their flyer indicated. Sounds like they've got enough business already, and maybe shouldn't have put a flyer in our mailbox! -- We have a couple of small trees in tight locations that need to come down, as well as some trimming. We have previously gotten two bids for this work from certified, licensed arborists, ranging from $1600 to $2200 all services included. After some of the prior scope was reduced, we happened to get a flyer from Primo in our mailbox, indicating that they match or beat prices. I called the next morning, and was told that the owner would meet me between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM same day to take a look and provide an estimate. At 3:30 PM, I called to check in, and was told that it just wasn't going to happen. When I expressed some frustration, I was told that the owner was a busy guy and that he's not just responsible for bidding! I am also a 'busy guy' with multiple responsibilities, but we rescheduled for the following morning since he promised that he would be there. Prior to his arrival, I get a call from the man doing the estimating that morning, and he was very upset and confused about the construction relating to the lead pipe replacement in our area, but I provide detailed instruction to guide him to our doorstep. Frankly, his frustration is not my problem, and living in this neighborhood, I can attest that all of our regular services continue uninterrupted! Also, the flyer (obviously not mailed, but hand-delivered) we received stated that they were already doing work in our neighborhood, so the construction situation should have been a known quantity. After inspecting our trees, the man estimating provides me with a quote for $3800. I was surprised! So I told him it was nearly double our most expensive quote, and that we've actually gotten a quote for the same work for $1600. At that, he was quite affronted, put his hands up and started walking away, saying that "for $1600 they can have that!" and insinuating that the other service provider wasn't insured or experienced, and when I tried to continue the conversation about pricing, he turned and walked back to his truck shaking his head. Bye!! Nice to meet you!

Primo Tree Experts trimmed 2 very mature trees on my property. Multiple limbs were carefully removed and chipped, in under 90 minutes, including the debris clean-up. I'm so glad I saw their flyer in the mail, and responded while they were in my area. This was a great investment! The trees and property look so much better.
