When tropical storm Zeta blew through our area, we lost a very large portion of a tall poplar tree that hit our home. The tall tree was left with a very unstable and dangerous canopy that could easily have endangered both life and property. Earlier in the summer, Atlanta United Tree Service had removed trees from a nearby neighbor and got a business card from Jose Vanegas with the company in case we needed tree service in the future. The morning after the large tree limbs fell, I called Jose. He came out immediately to check it out. He even checked our roof to see what damage was there. The tree trunk was approximately 125 inches in circumference at the ground and 120 feet tall and the location required a crane to remove it. That was Thursday morning and early Saturday morning he had his crew and crane operator there to remove the damaged large tree. Within a few hours, the tree was gone and the yard was clean and undamaged. Jose even helped provide pictures and arborist documents for our insurance company. We were extremely pleased with Jose and his company and we highly recommend their services.

I used Prime Arbor because of my long-time association with Anthony Ursache. Anthony is a true professional and has come to my aid during critical needs. Recently, I had a tree that was rotten, and Anthony confirmed the tree needed to be removed. I was out of town and Anthony was removing trees on my neighbor's property. Anthony called me when I was in Europe and went the extra mile to help secure HOA approval and a thorough job removing a large dead tree amongst other large trees. Only evidence was a large stump which I requested not be removed. Have given many referrals (rarely do) and all praise the quality of work, integrity, and professionalism of Anthony. One job required a crane to remove a large tree on a house.

Jose an his company is very efficient. They had told me the time 8:00 am but they were at my place by 7:40 for planning their strategy. I had three huge trees to get cut and one too close to my house. Jose and his friends very effectively and efficiently finished the whole job. I thought, it would take hours for them but they were done within few hours. They cut the trees, placed the logs where I needed them to be, thrashed some wood and also dropped the chips in a very neat pile. We had taken estimate from few other companies but his was very reasonable with a prompt service. After few weeks, I needed his advice on a tree, I called and he showed up next morning. He is a committed guy with very professional attitude and great staff. I definitely recommend him.

This is an incredible team! There was a mix-up on scheduling my tree removal that was very frustrating and left us getting stood up for our appointment more than once, but once I contacted the owner it was rectified quickly and I was officially put back on the schedule. (Apparently there were other clients with my same last name and that confused the scheduling. There is a new employee over scheduling and there is always an adjustment period when it comes to a new job. I just took it as a good learning opportunity.) Regardless of that issue, this team was professional and did a fabulous job removing my very large, awkward pine tree that was leaning towards my house. The clean up was superb and even my neighbors complimented me on choosing such a wonderful company that did the job right and without cutting corners. You would never even know that a tree used to be there. I have already given this company name to others who have told me they need tree work. We had several large trees that needed to come down, José and his team at Atlanta United tree service did a fantastic job. They quoted the job in a timely manner, they showed up on time, they did the work in the time frame they promised, they cleaned up all the debris and made sure we were happy with their work when finished. They did all this while being professional, courteous and polite. You couldn't ask for anything more, we will be using them again and recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal.
