We removed a maple tree that was planted too high and too close to our house, but needed some extra help with the stump. Robert, was extremely communicative and was able to fit us into his busy schedule within a few days. He was very professional and respectful of both our time and our property. What I appreciated the most, was that he didn't leave the area worse than it already was. Making cleanup that much easier and less stressful on us. We will absolutely use Precision again in the future.

I hired Precision Tree Stump Grinding to grind down all of what was left of multiple stumps from a river birch and all the surface roots. I also wanted all the grinding waste to be picked up and hauled away. This was a somewhat of a larger project due to the size of the river birch stumps and all the surrounding surface roots I wanted ground down. If I could give more than a five star rating for the service Robert performed, I would definitely do so. From start to finish, the job was done professionally and as scheduled. Who Woulda Known Dirt Could Make Me This Happy!!! Robert is the Truth! Without hesitation he agreed to service this property in Harvey. The previous company had a nightmarish time removing the stump & roots of the this massive tree because it was surrounded by and entangled in slabs of concrete. Robert took care of the Julie request and knocked out the job in a timely manner. Each time I spoke with him, he was jovial and professional communicating clearly what he needed to get the job done. Robert was very professional right from the phone call to the completion of the job. He was respectful of my property and very thorough of what and how he was going to do the job. He made the 811 call to locate my utilities. Definitely goes above and beyond the fly by night operations out there. He said when he'd be there and he showed up. I had 2 stumps ground and the price was very good.
