Precise Tree Care

Precise Tree Care took unbelievably good care of my crimson king maple. Earlier this year I noticed that half of my beautiful tree was not blooming, and I worried that something was wrong. I immediately called Precise Tree Care based upon the recommendation of my dad, who also uses their services. They were able to diagnose my tree as suffering from girdling roots, and began to treat it right away. They are professional, kind, responsive, explanatory, and very understanding. They worked with me and made me feel appreciated and valued. Thank God my beautiful tree has been saved. I can’t thank Precise Tree Care enough! Even as I was out taking for hours, I sent them gratitude and thanks 😂🙏🏼👍

Have used them many times and they always do a great job. 15 years ago they worked with us to try and save our dying 100+ year old tree. Unfortunately we had to remove it this years because it official died but we had many great years with it. Precise came out and did a great job removing this very large tree and even cut me a piece so I can make a table. The workers were friendly and did quality work.

I contacted Precise after reading some reviews and I'm glad I did. They were very professional from start to finish. I had a huge tree in the back of my yard and 2 medium trees close to the house that I needed cut down and they gave me the best price and did a wonderful job. The crew was friendly and the lead confirmed what was to be done. Every thing was cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely use them again.

Precise Tree care did an excellent job. They trimmed branches from three different trees hanging over our roof. We are having a new roof installed soon and we needed to clear the space above our house. It looks fantastic. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. If anybody needs tree work in the Frankfort Square area give them a call. They are very reasonably priced as well.

This was my first time using Precise Tree Care. My experience was absolutely amazing from the start. They quoted the work I wanted in a timely manner. The quote was very good and they did not try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. They kept me informed of the process moving forward after accepting the proposal. They notified me the day before coming out in a timely manner and there were no miscommunications. I had contacted customer service between quotes for some other questions and they got back to me the same day which was also very helpful. On the day of the service, they showed up on time. We went over the proposal once more to clarify any details and they got right to work. The work and cleanup was perfect and they left no mess behind. My yard looks so much better than it did before. The staff were very professional, kind, and cared about my property. You can tell they take great pride in their work. I am grateful and thankful to have had such a great experience. I will be using them again in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could. Great job.
