I honestly can’t thank Bob enough for rescuing my cat Theo who was stuck about 20ft up a tree in our yard for over 24 hours! Bob was absolutely brilliant with him and such a calming presence as both me and the cat were extremely nervous. He got him down safely and smoothly so this Thanksgiving I am grateful for Bob!!! Highly recommend to anyone who needs an arborist, super trustworthy, knowledgable and just an all over amazing guy.

Bob and his crew did a great job. He met me on site after I spoke with him on the phone a few days prior to the job and he did a walk through with me and we talked about the best solution for my home. He definitely knows his stuff. After we did our walkthrough, we discussed pricing and he met me with a timely quote. He also advised me he would be able to get me in within a week or at my convenience. Once the job was completed, he sent me photos since I was out of town and to be honest, it does not do it justice. The work he did was great, he left the yard branch and leaf free. I would HIGHLY recommend Piedmont Tree Experts for any of you tree or yard needs!

His company did an excellent job with cutting down several big trees as well as grinding the stumps and hauled away the remaining debris. We had a massive limb just drop from a huge maple tree. It landed in all three cars and pulled down some gutters. Bob and his crew came out the first day to assess and the next morning to remove it. They were professional and friendly and did a though job of cleaning up all debris. Will definitely use them again!

Bob arrived this morning to rescue a cat that has been in a tree behind our home for 5 days. The cat was at least 4 stories up, so we got to watch him climb the tree. This shot was taken just before the cat decided that he did not want to be rescued, he jumped to another tree. Alas, after 2 1/2 hours, the cat is still in the top of at the tree. But Bob was amazing and did all that he could do. That cat just did not want to be rescued. Sorry this should have been 5 stars.
