Pell Tree Company

Where's the 10 star button when you need it? If you want exceptional customer service (front desk to the cutting crew), professional tree removal/services, and no damage/cracks to your driveway or lawn, you've found the right company. We needed three large white oaks removed that were near our home. Two other large, well known tree companies provided a more expensive quote that included using a 60 lb crane on our residential driveway (that essentially means we'll be paying thousands of dollars after they leave to replace/repair our driveway). That's not how Pell operates. John, the owner for 30+ years, came over, assessed the property/scenarios, figured out how they can accomplish the job without a crane, and provided a competitive price with no heavy equipment (only manual climbing and cutting). All we had to do was sit back and enjoy the show that the expert climbers and cutters put on (pics attached). We now have peace of mind, and our driveway and bank account is pretty happy too. We found our tree servicing company for life. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was easy, everyone on time as promised, everyone courteous, asked if any concerns before starting, worked completed as stated on quote, everything removed / cleaned before leaving and pricing reasonable. I have used Pell in the past and plan to use them again as needed. Would recommend.

Isaiah came out and was amazing very courteous and knowledgable doing the estimate. When they came out to do the work they exceeded our expectations. Clear comunication scheduling. They removed the tree, all the debris, and cleaned up. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
